No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Helaena Designs. We value every purchase and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
Please read our No Returns & No Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold on our store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer

Dissatisfaction with the product without a valid defect claim

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at helaenadesigns@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address provided

Product Information:
Products sold in the EU and Northern Ireland are supplied under a generic brand and include a 2-year legal guarantee as required by Directive 1999/44/EC.

Legal Guarantee for EU & Northern Ireland

Customers in the EU and Northern Ireland are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee covering manufacturing defects or cases where the product does not match its description.

This guarantee applies only to defective or non-conforming products and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or handling issues

  • Dissatisfaction not caused by a defect

  • Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed

If you believe your product is defective, you must notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect by contacting helaenadesigns@gmail.com and providing:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video clearly showing the defect

  • A description of the issue

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair or replacement, or another legally required remedy depending on the nature of the defect.

This legal guarantee applies only to EU and Northern Ireland customers and does not alter our No Returns & No Refunds policy for non-defective items.
